I know, it's a broken record by now.

I talk about tagging customers in posts a lot but only because it's so powerful and you should be doing it too!

When you post tagged pictures it allows you to market horizontally. It's marketing to the birds they fly with.

It's Social Proof.

That tagged picture will last forever and stay towards the top, of 'Photos of you'.

If I get a new friends one of the first things I will do is check out there profile.

We see all the photos they took and what they look like in their natural environment, right?

If you seen someone at a dealership next to a random person and a random car you would be curious.

Great, that's how most people are and what you're looking for.

When people do that and click over then they are being redirected back to your page, the salesman page.

After every sale always go for the pic with the fully satisfied and ecstatic customer.

That's marketing that will help immediately and live on forever and continue to funnel people back to you.

BONUS TIP- How to get customers to become your friends!

I hear it all the time, "David, I shoot my customers don't have Facebook or Social Media and I know because I ask them."...

Yeah... And customers don't lie and they want to befriend the person that just sold them, am I right?

Here are some really simple facts:

  • US population is 330 million people or so.

  • There's over 200 million Facebook accounts by themselves in the US.

There was a poll conducted by the Pew Research Center that said almost 70% of the adult population uses Facebook on a regular basis.

75% of those people said they used Facebook at least once a day.

How do I fix this?

Make it worth their time by adding more value.

"Actually one of the best ways to stay in touch with me if you ever need anything is over Social Media.

A lot of my customers will keep up on current promos just in case their friends are in the market.

If they ever need a service or have a question I am just one message away and if I ever get annoying, which I promise I won't, all you have to do is unfriend me.

That's taking the situation and reframing it from "creepy sales person friending me to spam me" TO "Wow, that will make my life easier."
